“Well I could give them to my friends but none of them like them either. Anyway none of them even bothered to go out trick or treating this year. They say that fifteen is too old to go out. I don’t care though, I had a good time!” With a sniff

The Mad Hatter and the March Hare were not in fact in the middle of a tea party, they were running in and out of the house, bringing things out in a hurry.
“What’s going on?”
“A disaster that’s what!” The March Hare exclaimed in his usual dramatic nature.
“What’s a disaster?”
“It’s the colour sale and we have nothing yellow.”
“How true that is.” The Mad Hatter said walking over holding a small orange vase. “We sold everything yellow at last year’s sale and now we don’t have anything.”
“Why it’s a sale held here where you have to sell something of every colour.”
“It really is delightful.” The March Hare piped up from the side. “Last year I bought an orange vase.” He looked over at the one in the Hatters arms. “In fact that’s it there…hey!”
“We needed something orange.” The Hatter replied as way of explanation. “Besides it’s the only vase we have that isn’t broken.”
“You’re right.” The Hare said after a moment of thought.
“Isn’t that a good thing?”
“Why
He said this with a spread of his hands and while doing so dropped the vase.
“Well now it fit’s.” The Hare said looking down at the now cracked vase.
“Well you can have these orange candies if you want.”
“No that’s alright
“Well I could help you two sell your things.”
The Hatter and Hare looked at each other, whispered conspiratorially and then grinned. “Sure
“Now we just have to find something yellow.” The Hatter mused, “Something yellow, something yellow.”
“I have a yellow bandana, would that work?” She pulled out her yellow and orange stripped bandana. “Oh wait, it has orange in it too.”
“I’ll fix that.” The Hatter said and grabbed the bandana from
“There now we have something yellow.” The Hatter exclaimed, proudly showing off his creation.
“But it’s just a small piece of cloth.”
“I bought one last year.” The Hare proclaimed pulling a grey piece of cloth out of his pocket.
“Well let’s start organizing the rest of our stuff.” The Hatter said putting the yellow piece of cloth in the basket of orange candies
